Cookie Notice
This website sets no cookies. There are no analytics, statistics or advertising cookies; I do not measure how many visitors arrive or from where, and I will not recognise you on a later visit. That is also why no cookie banner greets you: there is nothing to accept or decline.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a short piece of text that a website places in your browser and can read back on your next visit. Some are needed for a site to work at all — remembering a shopping basket, for instance — while others exist to track visitors. Under EU rules the latter require prior, informed consent; strictly necessary cookies do not.
2. Why there are none here
This site serves static content: listings, descriptions and photographs. Your browser needs to remember nothing for that. Filtering the property list also runs on your own device, without server calls or stored settings — the filter state disappears when you close the page.
Visitor analytics were deliberately left out. Should that change, it will come with a prior request for consent and an update to this notice.
3. When data may still reach your browser
3.1. Signing in to the editor
When someone signs in to the site’s editing interface, WordPress sets a session cookie to keep them signed in. This is strictly necessary for the site to work, concerns editors only, and never visitors.
3.2. Displaying a map or a video
Property pages offer a map, and some listings a video. These load only when you click. Until you do, the site sends no request to Google or YouTube.
Once displayed, the provider may set cookies or other identifiers under its own rules. Video is served from youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no tracking cookie before playback. You can avoid this click entirely: every piece of information remains available on the page without the map or the video.
4. Managing cookies
You can inspect, delete or block stored cookies in your browser at any time. The setting usually sits under „Privacy”, „Cookies” or „Site data”:
Blocking cookies breaks nothing on this site — no feature here depends on them.
