Welcome to my website! I work as an independent real estate agent registered in the real estate brokerage directory in Budapest. I have many years of experience in both sales and rentals. I particularly enjoy dealing with rentals, and over the years I have developed a great understanding of people, which is especially necessary in rentals because it’s not just about the finances but also about establishing long-term mutual trust between the parties. As an agent, I always strive to ensure that both parties are satisfied until the lease agreement expires, and that my clients will call on me again as a reliable and proven professional.

Unlike large networks, my goal is never to accumulate assignments. I firmly believe that only with a smaller portfolio can adequate attention be given to each property and its owners. I actively collaborate with my clients to properly prepare properties for the market, ensuring they find a buyer or tenant as quickly as possible. I also place special emphasis on maintaining continuous communication with my clients throughout the entire transaction process, up to its completion.

For sales, I charge a 2% commission, but I am open to negotiating individual fees, considering the value of the property. Due to my VAT exemption status, the service fee is not subject to VAT.
