Estate agency and residential lettings in Budapest

Welcome to my website. I work in Budapest as an independent lettings specialist, listed on the official Hungarian register of estate agents. I have many years of experience in both sales and lettings, and lettings is the side of the profession I enjoy most. Over the years I have developed a keen sense for people, which matters here more than anywhere else: a tenancy is never only about the money, it also has to rest on lasting mutual trust between the parties. Whatever the instruction, I work to leave both sides satisfied right through to the end of the tenancy — so that my clients call me again as a straightforward professional who has proved himself.

Unlike the large agency chains, my aim has never been to collect as many instructions as possible. I am convinced that only a smaller portfolio allows genuine attention to each individual property and to its owner. I take an active part in preparing a property for the market so that it finds a buyer or a tenant as quickly as possible, and I place particular emphasis on keeping my clients informed at every stage, right up to completion.

For a sale my commission is 2%, though I am open to individual terms depending on the value of the property. As a small business registered for VAT exemption, my fees carry no VAT.
